another surgery

My surgeon just called and another surgery is being scheduled for me.  There is no need he said for a core biopsy since 3 months after surgery I showed atypia and he knew he did not get all the atypical cells and now the area is changed again.  So I'm going right to excisional biopsy and decide what's next after the pathology results.  I imagine if it's just adh again I will get the nipple sparing masectomy.  He said he will do his best at reconstruction again but I can't keep having surgery for this adh.  I imagine it's another story if pathology shows something else like dcis.  Can't believe this all started last November with biopsy, surgery, biopsy and now surgery again.  I need this fear to end.  Anyone please with surgery this close together for adh?
