Is my menopause permanent???

Hello ladies, I had my last chemo (TCH) on August 06 2010, I am on Tamoxifen now, I still havent got my periods and I still get hot flashes (though I think they have become less intense), I am very concerned that my menopause is permanent, my FSH/LH/Estradiol tests came back menopausal. Are milder hot flashes a sign that my ovaries are waking up? Did any one go through the same stages? Does a menopausal result on hormone tests mean that I am in permanent menopause. I am 32 years old and would like to start a family some day...:(...any comments, thoughts???
