A friend (under treatment for non-Hodkins lymphoma) just sent me this link. The article, from The New Yorker, is a review of a book - I thought it was very interesting - especially the end where it discusses breast cancer and how we live with "risks"

Fascinating review, swim. I can't say I agree with everything the reviewer says, but I am tempted to buy the book.
