I'm just so confused really. I don't know if he's ok, if I should be worried, if I should be mad as hell that he hasn't contacted me today after those crazy texts last night. I am so tired of feeling stressed, exhausted and tense all the time. I know though, that even if I say don't call or text me again (especially after what he said last night) I'll still worry and stress not knowing what's going on.

I think the first thing is to find out how he is and what's going on. Why don't you call him?

No I haven't called him.... I know he's not home, so I am sure he went to work. I was out with my friend today, and I drove about 20 minutes out of my way by his house on my way home. His truck was not there.

Going to work is positive. It would be more concerning if he was so depressed that he couldn't work. Can you call him on his cell when he's working?

I tried this morning and he didn't answer. But it makes me mad that he didn't respond to my texts from last night or the one this morning after all that last night.

I just feel drained. Was hoping to at least hear from him tonight but nope. I stopped getting anything out of this from him 3 weeks or so ago, what am I doing to myself.

I'm sure you will hear from him soon. This is all part of getting to know someone in a way that allows you to see the good and the bad and then you decide if it's worth it.

Yeah at this point, it's so not worth it. I mean I get that there are give and take and stuff in a relationship but it's hard when you're getting NOTHING but the cold shoulder.

Oh Df, Iknow your hurting and Im so sorry!  But better to know now before you get anymore involved w him!  Something is just not right w that scene.  I just dont understand how someone could say that to someone and then nothing....It is disturbing.

Your concerned and hurt DF.  We're looking for love and these guys are so, well, selfish!  I may be wrong but... I think its a heartless thing he has done.  I'm sorry it is just not right.

Unfortunately I think hurt is part of this process DF.  You are a strong beautiful woman and I know you will find a good man!  Just use that patience you have to continue your search and it will bring forth good.  It is so hard being alone,but for all things their is a purpose, Iknow for me it is so...

DF, I am so sorry that this has turned into such a painful situation for you. But you are strong and you will get through this. Sadly these things happen. But you will move forward and good things will happen for you.

I think he is fine.   But no response is never good.   I would be really pissed off .   See?   You are on the Merry-go-round that I referred to earlier.  

I am guessing you will hear from him soon and he will give you a rather evasive excuse (tired, was with the boys, phone was off, etc).  

Perhaps he went out drinking or something?   Men do tend to drink when they are depressed.

I know.....Michael did the same thing - imagine someone telling you they are going to put a shotgun in their mouth and then you call to check on them and they don't answer!   

I don't think he meant to hurt you or to worry you, but he certainly did.   Perhaps he is just in a funk and doesn't want to talk to anyone, but I think that is selfish.   He knows what a good-hearted person you are and surely he must realize how worried you have been!  

He needs a swift kick in the a**.

Well, I hope you hear from him soon.   I hate to see you in this angst (and I know it all too well).  You are right - it's the good-hearted ones that tolerate too much, I think.
