Going forward without Oncotype?

Yesterday I was told that I tested negative for the BRAC 1 and 2 and now today I was told that my Oncotype test couldn't be done because not enough tissue to perform this test.  I had a partial mastectomy on September 30 and have been waiting (for what seems like) forever for this result.  My oncologist went on and on about how they need this test to determine how my treatment will be decided, so how the heck can it be determined if this test can't be done?

What a roller coaster of emotions.  Up and done.

With 2CM , I really do not understand why they do not have anough tissue??

2cm not enough? Mine was .6cm and they were able to do my Oncotype.

Oye, really? 

This isn't the first time I have felt this hospital is dropping the ball with me.  This would be number 3.  Too bad my insurance is such crap that other hospital systems in Pgh don't accept it.
