My friend the 25+ yr IBC Survivor

During my first chemo to treat my IBC, my doc sent me a visitor - Geri, a 25+ yr survivor of IBC.  She is wonderful.  I told her that I believed that there were many folks on the internet that would like to meet her, and she could also meet other long-term survivors, and she really liked the idea.  I will tell her about this forum but I know there are other forums and websites dedicated to IBC.  To what other online resources should I refer her?

That is such hopeful news to hear of her!  Maybe it's a WV thing.  I'm a WV girl, too!

Hi there Faith!  Maybe, I know there are other IBC folks being treated here that are doing well!

ibcmets

ibcsupport.org is taking a poll now of all ibc survivors and their stories.  She may know of this one.  These ladies usually go to the top doctors in the field.

Thanks very much, Terri.  I will email her with this board and that one as well.  She hasn't participated in a bc-related bulletin board at all, as I understood it.
