Hello all,
Two websites I will throw out - I am new to these forums so I apologize if they are duplicates.
www.compraytherosary.org. I'm there nightly before bed. Anyone anywhere in the world can pray the rosary with hundreds of others. You can type your intentions in while praying, too, and others will see them. I have seen others on there with cancer and all sorts of other problems, physical and mental. You can be anonymous or list your name. I pray late in the evening and I have seen people from Philiipines, Malaysia, India, Ireland...all over! If you pray the same time each night you tend to see the same people.
www.cancershrine.com is the St Peregrine shrine here in the Phoenix area where I live. This was built in 2008 and is a play to go and pray and be at peace. Names of people being prayed for in a 2 week cycle are on the board before you go in. You can pray for these people then write them a little note on the card provided for them. You can put in your own name too which I did. It was so touching. I received over 25 note cards and prayer cards for St Perergine and St Agatha, saint medals, a rosary that the volunteers make....and you don't have to live here, you can sign up for you or a loved on with cancer online on the form. I just happen to live a couple suburbs away so I can go in person. It's very beautiful and is an amazing little place.

I pray that the treatments we have all received have done the job of eliminating, eradicating, and destroying every last cancer cell/malignancy in our bodies...that the any treatments we continue to take (or do) will do their jobs of preventing any recurrances or any new malignancies....that those treatments will not now or in the future cause us any damage...that we all be cured and healed from the evilness that once had invaded our bodies, and that we all live long, happy, healthy lives with all those we love...being the best versions of ourselves in the honor and glory of our Lord...I ask for blessing upon our families, that they are happy and healthy and living a life in accordance with our Lord.I ask for blessings upon all those that suffer needlessly each day...I ask for blessings for our military that do so much to keep our freedom ours...Bless my husband as he is deployed bringing him home safe and sound...bless our marriage, our love and our commitment to each other...I ask this in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ...AMEN

I pray for God's will to be done and also for it to be clear to us. For us to know which way is the right way, which is the good thing for us and Him. I pray for peace for all of us and our families, peace in our hearts and minds and souls. I pray that today and this week God chooses several people to touch and unequivocally lets them know they will be healthy!
God thank you for your goodness and love. Thank you for all the laughter and light you have given us.
In the name of Your son, our Lord Jesus Christ I pray these things.

We will be starting a novena Tuesday Aug.14th . I have asked Frank to pick the novena. Please, keep him in your prayers daily as he is being chemo challenged at present. The herceptin has stopped working. We have many members that are having condition changes on the Catholic thread and throughout BCO right now. Please , join us on the 14th.
A Novena is prayers said daily for 9 days with stating the intention of your prayer. An intention can be for a person , group, or a thought. This will be posted on threads also. You don't need to be Catholic. Prayer is Prayer. If something in the prayer doesn't fit your belief system, substitute or omit that portion. We are an Ecumenical group which means inclusive of all.
Send your intentions to me by Pm or post on Catholic thread on sunday (preferrably) or monday and I will combine them into a one list. It takes awhile to do the composite list, thats why I ask that intentions be sent on Sunday, Pax Sheila(sassy)

Heavenly Father,
I pray that the treatments we have all received during our journey have done their job of eliminating, eradicating, and destroying every last, rouge cancer cell/malignancy in our bodies....that any treatment we continue to take/do will do it's job of preventing any kind of reoccurence of the malignancies that once was in our bodies and prevent any new malignancies from ever appearing....and that those treatments will not now, or in the future, cause any temporary/permanent damage or cause any other life threatening situation...that we will be cured and healed from the evilness that once had invaded our bodies, and that we all may live long, happy, healthy, lives with those we love...being the best versions of ourselves in the honor and glory of our Lord...
I ask for blessings upon our families, that they are happy and healthy and living a life in accordance with our Lord.
I ask for blessings upon all those that suffer needlessly each day...
I ask for blessings upon our military, as they do so much to keep our freedom ours...
Bless my husband...bless our marriage, our love and our commitment to each other...bless him as he gets ready to come home from deployment, watch over him and bring him home safe and sound...
Bless my family, my family of sisters (and brothers) on this board and their families, that they all be blessed abundantly...
Bless all of us about to have or having any kind of scans, tests, procedures...that all results are clear, clean and normal...
Bless all of those in active treatment, that their side effects are minimal and tolerable...
When we are scared, please hold us close to You, and wrap Your loving arms around us...
When we are happy, help to remember that You are the one that is responsible for all that is good...
I ask these in Your Name,
Amen
