Check insurance on Bra benefits

I just found out my insurance will pay for 2 to 4 bras per year (as well as mastectomy forms, etc) up to 90%.  When I called they said to go to Nordstroms as they take care of all the insurance claims.

Nordstroms in MN did not file the claim for me, I had to do it. I had to file twice because they did not put the right information on the paperwork that they gave me. The shop at the Mayo Clinic did file for me though.
