The Discovery Channel will be airing a special program on Triple Negative Breast Cancer this Saturday, October 23, @ 8:00 AM EST - "Patient Ed: Triple Negative Breast Cancer: Get the Facts" . This program will feature 5 women with this diagnosis.

(I found this on the Inspire website and have already set my DVR to record it!  Hoping it's an interesting show.

Thanks for the heads up...my family and I watched the program this morning.  I thought they did a great job presenting an overview of TN.  More awareness--more research--a cure!!

I tried to watch it this morning but dozed on and off so I will have to watch it later (Busy busy weekend)

It did seem pretty up-to-date with the PARP inhibitor and they eluded to Avastin...and then I zonked out, sorry.

Thanks for the link!  I  just finished watching it and thought it was very well done!  I thought they did a great job of discussing the treatment options and the special challenges of TNBC in a well-balanced way.
