when can I start running again?

Hello,
I am still in the reconstruction process. Had my healthy breast lift 7 weeks ago. I saw my surgeon 4 weeks ago and he told me I could not start running again in the near term. But I forgot to ask exactly when exactly will I have the green light to jog again. Can somebody help me on this?
