Free Yoga for BC patients in NYC

Hi ladies,

 My friend is getting her certification as a yoga instructor and has to needs to lead free classes.  I suggested that since she is giving me private yoga classes during my treatment, we should open it up to others.  Let me if you are interested.  I'm not sure what night the classes will be held but maybe we can all figure that out together.

    I would LOVE to do this if the scheduling works out.  I've been wanting to try yoga for a long time, and with my fairly new bc diagnosis, somehow I am feeling the need even more.  I'm expecting my surgery to be in the next few weeks, so I don't know what is do-able before or after then.  Feel free to PM me!  Thank you so much for suggesting this.  Hope your friend has good luck with her classes and that your treatment is going well.
