I will participate in  BOLERO 3 clinical trial which is for her2+ resistant to herceptin. I would be interested if I could find someone who is in my shoes here ..

    Hi Vivo,

    I am sorry I don't know about that particular trial, but I am very happy that you are in a Phase 3 trial.  Phase 3 trials are good because they are large and hugely expensive to conduct.  This means that drug companies or other sponsors do not conduct them unless they have pretty high hopes for the drug's effectiveness based on evidence from earlier, smaller trials. Smile
