Please Help

I have a very close friend (35 yrs old) who is having a difficult time beating this desease. She is getting treatement at GW in Washington DC. Here is the summary of her situation. She had a baby in 5/2008 and had to stop the Tamoxifen when pregenant. That is when the cancer appeared on her breast bone. Please e-mail me any suggestions, recommendations to experts.  02/2006: IDC, Inflirtrating Ductal Carcinoma, Stage 1, Grade 3, Right Breast Mastectomy with Reconstruction, T1c, N0, M0, ER+, PR+, Her2Neu-

04/2006: Completed Adjuvant Chemotherapy (AC x 4) with Zoladex for ovarian suppression

05/2006: Tamoxifen Started

05/2008: Tamoxifen Ended, Pregnancy

11/2008: Metastatic Breast Cancer, Sternum and Infraclavicular Lymph Node, ER+ (80%) and PR+ (60%), Her2Neu- 

11/2008: Taxol, then Taxotere (weekly chemo)

02/2009: Gave birth. Started Arimidex (daily pill) and Zometa with Zoladex for ovarian suppression (both monthly shot/infusion)

05/2009: No Evidence of Disease

08/2009: Sternum only mets. Arimidex ended. Started Faslodex shots with Zometa and Zoladex.

11/2009: Sternum Radiation

01/2010: Sternum mets progression. Started Xeloda (daily chemo pill) and Cisplatin (weekly chemo) with Zometa and Zoladex

06/2010: Cyber Knife sternum radiation, started Tamoxifen (daily hormonal pill) with Zometa and Zoladex

09/2010: PET/CT shows sternum healing. Extensive lung mets with extensive lymph node involvement. Started Avastin, Gemzar, Carboplatin (chemo, every three weeks)

Bumping this up and hopefully someone experienced with stage IV will see it.  I'm so sorry, I don't have any info for you but I'm sending my prayers.
