Vitamin A levels

Options

Help! Anyone know about this? My nutritionist just gave me Vitamin A supplements, as I have allergies and some vision problems at night. So, after returning from my visit, I googled Vitamin A and breast cancer, and came across this:

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/07/080715204719.htm

Which basically says that Vitamin A causes cancer tumor cells to connect to blood vessels, thereby making the cancer's ability to spread much more easy.

So, based on this information, I am a bit reluctant to start any Vitamin A supplementation!

Does anyone have experience with this? Scares me a bit.

Thank you!
