Total hysterectomy after oophrectomy

Would like to know if anyone else has experienced this? I had salpingo-oophrectomy last Tuesday, removed fallopian tubes/ovaries. Results are back and pathology found I have fallopian tube dysplasia. I'm at a loss. I've not met with the gyn/oncologist that my gyn recommended since I just got the call Saturday. I'm BRCA1+, just can't bear another surgery this year. I thought I was done. Would like to know if anyone else has gone thru this....
