posture and concave chest

Hi Everyone - I am late 50's, bilat almost 2 yrs ago that followed 10+yrs cancer free after a lumpectomy/node (clean) and radiation. anyhow, no reconstruction - done with surgery. seems like chest is "caving in near pits - anyone else have this, seen it, know what to do about it. and how about that posture angle - no hump in my future (already on osteo drug for that circumstance - osteopenia) -
and since i'm asking - preferences for pros. hate the ones i bought - can't get new ones pd for til spring of 11 - don't really mind "flat" but sometimes the clothes just look weird, and I look fatter due to ribcage - ok - done monopolizing things. thanks for any input
