leg swelling and inflation of fatty tissue

has anybody experienced this. i started tamoxifen at the end of may and everthing was great until 3 weeks ago. my calves turned red and blouchy. i happened to already have an appointment with my dermotolgist. she did a biopsied 3 weeks ago. at that time my calves were only slightly swollen. the became very swollen. i GP ordered a doppler and the results were negative for blod clots. the redness is gone but the fluid is still there. dont see my ONC until 9/7. just wondering if anyone else has experienced inflamation and leg swelling. i stopped the tamoxifen until i see my ONC. i get leg cramps and depression. am on Effexor. maybe it should be increased. have not had hair lose or weight loss or gain.
