    Hi Everyone!

    I was offered to get into a phase 3 clinical study with Neratinib.  I thought.....YEAH!  Anything that will prevent the beast from returning sounds good to me!  Well, it's  a double blind study but based on my current nausea/diarrhea....I'm gonna assume I got the drug!  Anyone know if these side effects ease up after a bit?  I think I have more nausea now than I did with chemo!  I have read that the doses can be adjusted.  Any thoughts?

    I've been in the trial for three months and doing well with what I am sure is the real drug.  The experience of wome who started almost a year ago will be helpful for you.
