Scar tissue after tram flap

I've had a tram flap surgery four years ago and  last week I started getting sharp pulling type pains on the left side of my scar when I would move a certain way.  Now I'm getting them the whole length of the scar.  Sometimes the pain feels like an electric shock, it's so quick.  I'm assuming that it's scar tissue because if feels like there's tissue that's attached to something there that pulls every time i move a certain way.  I don't think it's attached to an organ, it just feels like its right under the scar.  Anyone else have anything like this?

I have been having the same issue. I am 5 years out of mastectomy and tram flap. AC few months ago pain following the long scar ached and felt like pulling. I just had ultra sound but just showed A LOT of deep scar tissue. Radiologist suggested MRI if doctor feels more testing is needed. So I will go thru the process again of tests and doctors.
