Think I may have IBC - any advice?

Hi there, 

I'm a 31 year old woman with a 13 year old son and a lovely husband of 10 years. I woke up this morning with a red, raised rash on my left breast, next to the areola. It is about 1.5 inches by 2 inches. When I squeeze it, it has little dimples. It has a raised ridge where it meets the areola. It is hard underneath and painful. My armpit on that side hurts too.

I took it to the out-of-hours clinic because I noted that my symptoms were the same as IBC (something I have never heard of before) when I checked them on the web. The Doctor examined me and said I also have lumps in my my left breast and my left armpit area. He said I will have to wait until Monday morning and then go to the doctor. 

My breast is not swollen or itchy and the rash has not got worse since this morning. Also, my son preferred that breast when he was breast feeding all those years ago, so maybe that's the cause of the lumps - fibroids or something?

However, I have been generally unwell for some months and they didn't know what it was - they are investigating to see if I have endometriosis because I've had pelvic pain, lower back ache and temperatures at night for a few months now - could this be related? 

 Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx
