Terrible diarrhea after chemo

I just had my 4th treatment of TCH last week, i have had diarrhea from it before but I really feel this time is different. I am taking immodium a-d and also lomotil on the other days, per my oncologist. It just doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't know if each treatment gets worse as there is more chemo in my system. I have read that taxotere has a known side effect of diarrhea. I have already lost 7 lbs since my last treatment last wednesday. Put a call into the oncologist this morning, waiting to hear back,
Anyone have any advice
