Hi all,

I read that some BC patients receive either chemo or radiation before the surgery. Is it true and what r the basis for that. Is there any ideal treatment. I understand that people differ, but is it optional for a patient to decide, and how will you know the best for you. Why do most doctors give you options and let you take the hard desicion.

I wonder if I could ask my doctor for radiation before surgery instead of chemo, or together with chemo. Specially that I have been dragging myslef slowly on this treatment, as if I do not know that every single moment that pass is worth a million.

NB. For PD patient is it true that PD is a slow growing type of BC?

If BC is to spread is there a standard first place to go rule or it go any where at any time
