Why is it that I can live a fairly normal life, until it's time for the 3 month onco visit then all those feelings churn up inside again??  This is only my second 3 month appointment, please tell me it gets easier..I get so scared just thinking about it, what could happen, what the blood work could show, how my life could change even more, forever. How do we deal with that?

It does get easier but the fear still hasn't totally gone away for me. Doc says it may never totally go away.  I guess we just need to not worry until someone gives us something about which to worry.  Good luck!  Namaste'.

I go through the same thing, and it's been 3 years for me.  I don't beat myself up about it and go ahead and take my xanax.  Ask one of your docs for something for anxiety for the time before appointments.  The anxiety fades over time, but there is no point is suffering with it while it's fading.
