Barbie there is soooo many foods with estrogen. It would be impossible to list. My 19 yo son has taken a large interest in this and he only lets me eat organic and researches everything I eat. You would be surprised! Even certain supplements made of animal not plant based ingredients have hormones. Shop at a place like whole foods/ but even regular supermarkets are carrying organic and hormone free foods.

I had ductal breast cancer er - pr- hr2+,1 node involved 1.4 mm micro met and I did indeed refuse full strenght chemo. I had insulin potentiating chemo, and take very low dose oral xeloda. I went to see the very famous Oncologist Dr. James Forsythe interviewed in Suzann Somers book " knock out". He explained to me you cannot kill cancer by poisoning the whole body and that cancer loves sugar. He treats the whole body not just the cancer. I did a chemo sensitivity test using blood sent to a special lab in Greece, that located, harvested and tested a large number of natural substances and chemo's to make sure that what I use will be effective. I had to totally change my diet eliminating all food that are sugar or convert quickly to sugar. I take 60 supplements a day that my cancer was sensitive to. I get iv vitamin C and vit. B injections. I highly recommend Dr Forsythe and his 40 years experience to anyone refusing chemo. I have neve looked better and still have my hair. After using the above listed cancer calculator, I just confirmed I was right not to do it. Had I done chemo and Herceptin that would have most likley damaged my heart and other organs, I see I would have added 1.9 years to my life. Not very long really. I think everyone should pause when diagnosed, not be to quick to jump on the chemo-wagon, and do there homework. Chemo is a serious step. When I was first diagnosed the doctor was clling me at home saying I had to START NOW.I did not and after I saw Dr Forsythe I went back to this same doctor and he said "you know I don't think your cancer will come back", I was outraged, this was the same doctor that wanted to poison me 2 months before. The fact is they mark the chemo up and make huge profits. Now I am not saying no one should do chemo, I am just saying, do your home work and then with all the facts make a decision. Don't let them rush you, you didnt get it overnight so a couple weeks to get another opinion most likely wont matter. Dr James Forsythe reno nevada, great for 2nd opinions for any kind of cancer.
