    After 17 years clean, two years ago, I had a recurrence.  I was on Femara for a year and it stopped working so have been on Aromasin for another year.  Some of my smaller tumors have shown remarkable improvement, but one tumor has grown 1 cm in 2 months.  It is up to 9 cm.  I know that isn't big, but I am worried.  My mother died from breast cancer in 1988 at age 62 and I will be 60 in October.  They said if my tumor markers go down after the blood test today, they will keep me on aromasin, even if it is not working on the one tumor.  If they go up, they will give me a monthly shot instead.  Has anyone every heard of this?
