CLA use

Does anyone have any info. on the use of the supplement CLA?

    CLA is found in organic meat that is grass fed and in butter that is organic and from grass fed cows.  We use this type of butter and it is excellent.  It is called Organic Valley Pasture butter and it is in a green wrapper in your health food section.  CLA is supposed to be good for cancer prevention.
