Lumpectomy Performed - Now Oncoplasty

Hello Ladies~

Breast surgeon has completed lumpectomy now plastic surgeon wants to remove implants, do breast lift and fill in lumpectomy area prior to radiation treatment.  She has indicated we're looking at 10 days with drainage tubes and a lot to endure in order to have a "perky" look.  Has anyone undergone breast oncoplasty and if so, what was your outcome and satisfaction w/end result?
