An irregular lump two weeks after mamogram

I discovered an irregular lump last night.about an inch long...It is tender. Just had mammy two weeks ago that was fine..I have had implants since early '80's..The mammy is so painful and I have wondered if it causes damage. Can anyone tell me what could have popped up so quickly? I have an appnt. with doc tomorrow...More info...I had cervical carcinoma in situ and had hysterectomy Feb. 2009...Thank you!
