Side effect of medication

I had a bilateral mastectomy 4 years ago. Recently I was prescribed a medication for an intestinal motility disorder. The common side effect of this drug is breast enlargement. As strange as it seems, I have swelling above and below the mastectomy scars. I have measured and I'm 1 1/2" larger. I was under the impression that all breast tissue is removed during mastectomy. So I'm wondering why I would be experiencing this side effect. I have fax'd my oncologist with the info but it will be awhile before I hear from her. ( She did not prescribe the med) Does anyone have info on breast tissue after mastectomy. If this keeps up, I could end up with little boob-ettes!
