Healthy eating virgin! - advice please

I have, since my BC diagnosis and treatment, like many people been think about non-medical steps I can take to reduce my current approx 15% contralateral breast reoccurence odds.

I have been totally bamboozled by the mass of (often conflicting) dietary advice - eat soy / don't eat soy etc.
I'm a normal weight (65kgs and 5ft 7") and currently eat what I think is a balanced diet.  I do drink coffee, eat red meat, fruit, veg, butter, cheese but all in definate moderation - no special excesses.  I am not sure I want to become fanatical about diet changes but on the other hand I want to minimise further risk.

So I would be really interested in the MAIN dietary changes any of you made after your BC diagnosis and the reasons you thought they were important.

Thank you
