I got my new girls....

Hi just wanted to drop in and say i got my new "GIRLS". And I really like them. Very happy that I didnot reconstruct. My surgeon left me extra skin in case i wanted to do recon. But I think next summer i will have the extra skin removed. I don't ever see myself doing recon.  I have found not have breasst to being a freeing experience. Some of my friends don't get it. But I don't care. I ordered some of those micro bead ones and they came I thought they were to flat. I ordered the same size i have in silicone but they seemed way to small. So i think i shall try and my some myself. I want to thank all of you that helped me early on in my journey. I meant alot to me.  Lucy.

Lucy, I am so pleased you are happy with your decision. I had all my extra skin removed during surgery knowing it would limit my options and I really don't have any regrets. I have a friend who's reconstruction is fabulous and it does make me jealous, but I didn't want more surgery. Prosthetics aren't perfect but neither were boobs. I'm sure you can find a size you like in a material you like. I chose to stay the same size a DDD in silicone.
