Me, too!! I have collected teddy bears for years!!

Do you have any other collections or not? (I also collect lighthouses & Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne dishes. I also inherited my Mom's teacup collection.)

I went to 2 or 3 high school reunions but I haven't been to one for years and I'd be shy to do so.

Yes, one is my hubby!! We were high school sweethearts. My BFF from 2nd grade also. Some of my friends from marching band. Have reconnected with many of them over Facebook.

No, it took me forever to even get a Facebook but my daughters finally made me.

research everything or no? (I do. My BC, my doctors, the hospital, my insurance coverage, everything. But not just with my BC. I've always been this way. I always researched every little cough and cold my daughters had as they were growing up.)

Not really alot of friends. Just a close group of friends that we do things with.

I feel shy going out with friends; I'd rather talk with people in private than around other people.

Do you tend to talk more or listen more in a conversation with friends?

Oh definitely listen until I get to know someone. Then I will talk more. I'd like to be more outgoing but I've always struggled with that.

fears or no fears? heights, spiders, ghosts, flying? (I don't really have any "fears" other than dying. That one scares that crap out of me. Oh and I don't really like birds to get too close to me. I got chased by a goose when I was little so I don't like them but I don't have a "fear" of them.)

I have tons of fears, including spiders, people I love dying (especially my twin sister who has metastacised breast cancer), ending up alone, and letting people know me thoroughly.

Did you generally have a good childhood or not?

Yes, my childhood was great!! My parents were the best!! I miss them SO much!! I grew up with 3 older brothers. I always wanted a sister SO bad. But I had 2 BFFs that I spent ALL of my time with. Her parents were awesome!! I loved them like my own parents. I also had 2 cousins who were and still are like sisters to me. If I wasn't with my BFFs I was with my cousins. So all in all my childhood was great!!

did you go to a large school or a small school? (we had around 300 in our graduating class)

Ocean, I'm glad your childhood was great but I'm sorry you miss your parents so much. My childhood was pretty terrible.

I think my primary school was medium sized and my secondary school was large.

I'm sorry about your sister, Aussie. It's not an easy thing to deal with it. I know my daughters had a hard time with mine.

I was in marching band in high school with 4 of my cousins, 3 of my nieces about 10 years later, and then both of my daughters and my now son-in-law another ten years later, So we are really into marching bands!! We love to watch them!! Especially The Ohio State University Marching Band!! They are beyond awesome!!!

yes, I do enjoy concerts - my favorite band of ALL time is Brooks & Dunn (I have seen them 3 times and would love to see them again!!)

I haven't been to parades so I'm not sure if I'd enjoy them.

That's a tough one. I've listened to country for 30 years but I don't like the "new" country. So recently I've been listening to Classic Rock.

I play clarinet. In high school I played Bass Clarinet in concert band & they had me learn Mellophone for marching band.

I can't play piano although I used to be able to pick out a few very simple tunes.

Depends on the book. I like John Grisham & Lisa Scottoline novels.

I like art and craft. I have done some drawings and paintings but not recently and I enjoy cross stitch but I haven't done any this year.

I can draw Snoopy & Charlie Brown but that's about it.

Oceanbum- my grandson. Just made jazz band! He's going in the 7th grade! He was also first chair for 6th grade band.

Yay Vargadoll!! I always wanted to be in Jazz Band but couldn't because at the time I was in clarinets were not a part of it. And congrats to him on first chair!! I remember the first time I got first chair in 7th grade!! My heart actually skipped a beat I was SO excited!!
