well, I have a little bulge that I do battle with but I think it may be made of cement....I don't over stress about it though..

forget I have them - I'm probably the least successful coupon shopper of all time.  If I have them in my purse I still forget I have them.

since we're shopping - buy everything at one store and get it over with, or look for good prices and go here and there

Joanne - I eat my salad that way too, not from weight watchers, but just because I hate drowned salads...   

news mostly from the internet anymore - occasionally buy a paper, though as I miss it sometimes.

lunch is the main meal.  I fix a big dinner for the kids and DH though, just don't eat a lot of it myself
