THIS or THAT Game

Say something to them, politely!
Buy magazines or consider them a waste of money?
-
For me, magazines are pretty much a waste of money - I do susbscribe to two, Time and Vanity Fair and rarely, if ever, get through the entire magazine.
(Ruth - how was your visit with BCO sisters this weekend?)
Rather roast your own chicken or buy one already done at the grocery store?
-
If I have time, roast my own, but the grocery store chicken is sure convenient.
white meat or dark meat?
-
dark meat...both chicken and turkey
rather dress warmer and keep the house cool or turn up the heat and wear lighter clothes
-
Awesome visit, will tell more later if you want. I came home yesterday to find out that my uncle and aunt are coming to stay for a few days (lovely people, retired, like to be spontanous......but I won't be able to post much until they leave...in fact, have to log out now and try to beat them to my house)
cool house
like to be spontaneous or plan ahead
-
not really a problem in Florida

rather wear clothes and turn up the AC or go around half naked and save on the electricity?

-
prefer spontaneous but I like my company-guests to plan ahead and let me know!
Can't say no to visitors and are you able to tell them it just is not a good time?
-
Can't say no....but then I don't live in FL where I would imagine you get more guests wanting to get out of the frigid north.
Prefer to visit museums on your own or go with friends?
-
I prefer going to museums on my own. I tend to spend way too long looking at things, and it drives other people nuts. If a display makes me think, I can stare at it for over an hour.
And I prefer air conditioning and heat when the season calls for it. The more "normal" the temperature, the better.
How would you prefer your houseguests leave their beds when they depart: unmade, made perfectly, stripped with the blankets and sheets folded, or stripped with the blankets folded and the sheets and pillowcases in a tidy, unfolded pile?
-
Oh, the last one: stripped with the blankets folded and sheets and pillowcases in a tidy, unfolded pile.
You're walking through a casino and you stumble upon a $100 casino chip on the floor. After you pick it up, do you: gamble with the chip or run to the nearest cashier booth and think of something to use it for when you leave?
-
$100 I'd gamble, $1000 I'd run.......
rather take a winter vacation or a summer vacation
-
winter vacation,
vacation on the beach or on the slopes?
-
BEACH

swim in the ocean or a pool
-
Hi CLC...getting any snow, I see you're in upstate NY too! SNOWING right now....
swim in pool, never got to get to the ocean, but I'd prefer it if I could!
horseback riding or bicycling?
-
bicycling
Prefer your top sheet tucked in or loose? (Or non-existent)
-
tucked in, but loose on my side (neuropathic feet)
slow-cooked stew or oven-roasted roast/veggies?
-
Ooh, that's a tough one since I love them both! But since it's raining, I'll go with the stew.
Like your mattress firm or soft?
-
soft!
hmmm...
monoply or life?
-
hahaha
Monopoly today, thank you.
Slot machine or blackjack?
-
blackjack
Live music or live comedy?
-
hard, hard, hard......maybe music
rather vacuum or dust
-
vacuum (more immediate gratification)
love the water... or not so much?
-
love the water
laptop or pc?
-
pc
go to the movies or watch a movie at home?
-
Both, just went to The Big Year
Which do you do first, read the book or see the movie? -
read the book
do your best work early or later in the day
-
later in the day...I am not a morning person as much as I have tried to be.
Favorite season is...
-
Spring.. love being in the garden.
Mac Apple or PC platform?
-
Apple
Cold cereal or hot cereal? -
Cold cereal - love Cheerios.
Sweetened cereal or un-?
