How Long do I wait?

I am a IDC stage IIA brest cancer survivor.  Actually 6 years, I was misdiagnosed in 2004.   Had Chemo and Radiation, a hystorectomy, and still taking tamoxifen, have only been on it for 4 years.     We came home from visiting friends on the weekend, and I changed into some sweat clothes.   I first noticed 2 spots, looking like bug bites on my scar where they had removed the lymph nodes.   No other spotts yet.  As I got into bed, I then saw another 3 bug bite looking bumps on the same breast on the left side under my arm, all in a triangular area.  They seem to be itching and even burning a little,  I had had a Lumpectomy 5 years ago in June, with no positive Lymph nodes.   I know that Women are a little anxious after any new discovery, and after what I have been through, it is sometimes well deserved anxiety.    I have to fight each step of the way through my recovery.   My question is how long do I wait till I go talk to my DR, or Onc, or Breast Surgeon, to eliminate them calling the spots bug bites?     I have been loosing weight and nausated for a few months, and now loosing weight in the breast area.    And which Physician should I go see?     I am usually pretty agressive with my care, one has to be anymore, but just a little scared/hesitant about this.     Please let me know your opinions/advice.   Would appreciate it!   Thanks..
