Return of throat pain dt radiation

I finished my radiation to my C5 two months ago. My throat was quite sore for a couple weeks but then healed and was better. Now my throat is sore again and swallowing pills is very difficult as well as eating any food that isn't soft. Has anyone had this pain come back after healing? Not sure what to make of it. Thanks for any info.
