Pancytokeratin Positive Cells

My wife first pathology report, after Sentinel nodes biopsy was revised from "micrometastases of scattered turmor cells" to "Scatttered of Pancytokeratin positive cells"  Can someone please shine on this report.  I will call her doctor tomorrow to explain the revised report.
