1 st appointment with Oncologist

 I have my 1st oncologist appointment this Friday July 23rd . What are some good questions for me to ask?

    Ask about the treatment plan. Ask about the possible s/e's from treatment and how to manage them? If having chemo, will they use a port? Ask how to get in touch quickly if necessary. There are many questions .. those are just a start. Have your questions written out - one set for you and one for onc - leave space to write answers. Take someone with you!!!
