Too much Radiation ?

How can I get a straight answer about the total amount of radiation I have received in the last 18 months related to my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment ?

I have had over 65 mammograms associated with screenings, biopsies,  & surgeries.

I have had four chest CT scans in one day for correct placement of the Contura balloon for brachy radiation.

I have had one head CT,  and a chest CT after passing out in a dept store.  ( reacted to Lexapro)

I have had 5 days of twice-a-day radiation seeds implanted for the targeted brachy treatment.

When I question  the Doctors  about the amount of radiation I have had, I get the standard quote,       "the benefits outweigh the risks".

My concern is that the accumulative effects of radiation can cause more cancer !

No one will address this issue, and I have no idea if I am now at the point of having received a dangerous amount of repeated doses.  My next mammo screening is due in Sept. and frankly, I am having a difficult time making an appt. to endure more radiation from another mammo. screening.

Is anyone out there a Radiologist who can answer my concerns  in laymans terms ?

thanks !

Gwen
