Water Weight

I started TCH in June and after my second treatment I was so sick -became so dehydrated, ended up in the ER. I lost 7 pounds in like a week. Now two weeks later and hardly eating much, i have gained 8 pounds. Is this water weight from the chemotherapy, I just don't get it.
any ideas?
