What to expect??

Today is the first visit with my medical onco and I have no idea what to expect. I had my surgery and everything done at Mayo Clinic and did see the med onco there right after surgery and we did the chemo no chemo talk and tamox. Well I dicided chemo % were not worth it and got my first script for Tamox and traveled the 7 hours home, completed rads and my rads onco said I need medical onco and made the appointment soo, can anyone tell me what I can expect him to do??
