Glitch in pathology report

I had a lumpectomy two weeks ago and saw surgeon last week to discuss follow up. Pathology report stated that 3/5 nodes were positive, however, at the end of the report it says that all lymph nodes are free of metastasis and had been misinterpreted as malignant.

The rad onc I saw today is ordering a new report to be done in another lab because she,too, was not pleased with the "positive to negative" result. I know I should be happy that the nodes are negative BUT maybe they aren't. I have to wait 2-3 weeks for the new result so once again I'll be going through a period of worry and stress. I just want to get on with a proper treatment!! Again, more waiting!
