Ixempra SE's and effectiveness

My wife (IBC, Stage IV mets to bone only) just completed her radiation, after 6 months of chemo and a bilat MRM.  Onc wants to put her on 6 months more of "mop-up" chemo, since she did have 10 of 22 positive nodes at MRM time.

She will be receiving Ixempra once every 3 weeks.  Has anyone here had experience with Ixempra as a single agent (not with Xeloda)?  If so, how bad were the SE's, and was it effective against your breast cancer?
