Migraines- less frequent after chemo

I've suffered from frequent migraines since my teens, enough that I've taken almost every treatment over the years.  I'm currently on Topamax 200mg/night.

Since about halfway through chemo I noticed my migraines were less frequent.  Now I'm two weeks out of chemo and I haven't had any headaches, even after a glass of wine!

I'm still taking the nightly Topamax, but I'm wondering if I can try weaning myself off of them.  I don't know if it's a change of habits...I've really tapered off caffeine (an occasional cup of coffee instead of daily, and no soda at all) and alcohol (instead of a few drinks every weekend I'll just have a couple drinks a month) or if the chemo knocked out the migraines... wouldn't that be great?!  Since I had migraines in my teens and I didn't drink coffee or alcohol then I think it's possible!

Maybe it's the lack of estrogen?

Just wondered if anyone else had any similar experiences with headaches and/or migraines.  Will this last???

Thanks!
