Well, I guess I already really knew the answer to that one....instant coffee is highly processed and probably too denatured from the actual bean, but, I am the only coffee drinker in my house and when I made a pot of coffee, well, I drank that pot of coffee. So I switched to instant to lower my consumption.  Time to go back to organic fair trade I guess!

Thanks Crunchy for the Presto advice!  I ordered one last week; been using it for several days and I love it! :D  The coffee from my drip maker was always "warm" but not hot - this is hot so I can add lots of milk and not preheat the milk.  It's great!

    Bliss-

I found an instant coffee  brand by Hagen's at WHole Foods that is Organic, fair-traded and the decaf is the "swiss-method" that is supposed to be OK. They even have these individual packets of instant so you can make a cup at a time. I am not a big coffee drinker - but they are nice to have and for travel.
