Triple negative IDC with neuroendocrine features?

My mother was recently diagnosed with stage 1 grade 2 triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma. She does not have the basal cell type like most triple negatives do hers has neuroendocrine features. Has any one else had this type of diagnosis and if so could thay share what they know about it with me, Thanks so much
