confused about lumpectomy scar

I had a little drainage from nipple a couple of weeks ago and feel pulling and fullness and pain. Yesterday they did a mammo and ultra sound and said they saw changes but was not sure what they were. They were right next and under scar. I was there 4 hours so they looked extensively The Rad Doc has called my surgeon and recommends it be excised again.They see on ultra sound the scar but it has fluctuations in it?? I am so confused. Anyone have this? She said concerned too because been five years and would expect after two and half but not this. I did see a couple of calcium deposits near there perfect little circles which is good. Help?

    I'm sorry I cant help as did'nt have a mast, but would assume if there's anything there  it can be biopsied???

    Sry it was lumpectomy scar. The Doc just said she saw some fluctuations and widening. I having pulling sensation and itching in that area. Again the surgery was five years ago. I am waiting on hearing from surgeon but she said may take a long time as they are booked.
