Rite of Passage Celebration Recommendations

My BFF is nearing the end of her 6 or 8 chemo treatments and we want to celebrate while that last red devil is being plunged into her system.  Have any of you used this time to do something kooky, fun and celebratory?  What did you do?  I have a few ideas, put a tiara on her head for the day etc. (can't post them now don't want her to read them but promise to share after the event set for July 2nd) Next round is surgery then radiation so we'll need at least two more celebrations in 2010 before our year end celebration spending Christmas in Hawaii with our kids, so I'm really counting on you for some wild ideas.  With Gratitude and love for you and your families.
