Late Relapses with Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Hi Everyone:

I was just wondering is it possible for women to relapse from Triple Negative Breast Cancer after being in remission for over 20 years?  Have you ever heard of anyone with TNBC have a recurrence after being in remission for many years?  I ask this question because I've never heard of anyone with TNBC relapsing after they've reached the 5 year mark.
