After 8 years of being concave chested (that's BEYOND flat) I got fit for a pair of new boobies! My insurance even paid 85% of the cost...which was more than $350 for each one..They are silicone..and fit in pockets in a camisole mady by Trulife.

It's very heavy, floppy and HOT. Anyone have any ideas on how to wear these babies with more comfort? Suggestions for camisoles?

I would suggest you get a masectomy bra. Your insuance may cover the cost.  They fit like a regular bra but they have the pockets that the boobies fit into.  The place where you found your cami should have them or be able to tell you where to find them.

    hjertesproget,

Not all breast forms are equal -- some are heavier and hotter than others. Don't give up. If it's within 30 days of purchase, you may be able to return your forms or at least exchange them for a lighter, cooler pair. Anything that has fabric backing, instead of silicone, is likely to be cooler. I wear two different forms, Amoena Climate and Silique Comfort-Lite, both of which have silicone in front and fabric in the back. They are light and don't make my chest perspire. Laurie's right, too. The bra you choose can make all the difference.

    Good luck.

Do check out Barbara's website.  She has quite a bit of info regarding forms bras that can be very helpful.  Since you're a bi-lat, you can pretty much wear anything you want, since you don't have to worry about being off-balance.  I would go as light as possible.  I have the Silique comfort-lite form that Barbara mentioned, and it's very lightweight and comfortable.  A regular silicone form makes me sweat like crazy, especially during the summer.

If the fitter gives you the "you need the weight to balance you" bs, don't listen.  Since you're a bi-lat, it doesn't make any difference.  Just wear what makes you comfortable.  You could even use foam forms if you wanted to.  You don't need weight to "balance" anything, that's only true if you still have one breast and it's large.  I'm only a large A/small B, so there isn't all that much weight to balance anyway!  I think a lot of the shops just want to sell you whatever they have in stock, not what they think would make you comfortable.
